These HEALTHY cookies are low-calorie, extremely good for you, DELICIOUS and you only need between 2-5 ingredients to make them! I found this recipe a couple years ago and have been building on it ever since.
2-ingredient Cookies
-2 RIPE bananas smashed
-1 cup dry oatmeal
Mash the bananas. Mix in the oatmeal. Make cookies out of 1 Tbsp of dough. Put them on a cookie sheet (you must press them down a bit to get the desired cookie shape. Cook at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. BOOM, DONE! This makes 12-13 cookies, which makes them 42.5 calories each.
I added some more stuff to this recipe to bring as a snack with me on a hike and wanted something that is easy to pack and give me sustained energy throughout my adventure. They are packed with good carbs, protein, fiber, heart healthy omegas, anti-oxidants and a lot of flavor!

-2 Tbsp chia seeds
-1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
-cinnamon to taste

Put them on a cookie sheet (you must press them down a bit to get the desired cookie shape. Cook at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. This made 15 cookies, which makes them 51 calories each. You can have 2 for a snack and top them with some nut butter too, mmmm I just thought of that- will have to do that next time!
These healthy cookies totally did the trick during my hike. They don’t need to be stored in the fridge and they are jam packed with so much goodness that they kept me full, without feeling stuffed, for the trip down the mountain. I will be blogging about this amazing hike soon!!
