There is nothing like a warm meal on a chilly fall evening and this Fall Pumpkin Chili Recipe is a hit! In addition to being the Runtastic Fitness Coach at Runtastic, I do a lot of English content creation (blogs included) there as well. For a Halloween blog post, we decided I would cook a healthy “something” with pumpkin. I had originally thought I would do a protein shake with pumpkin — but I came up with this Pumpkin Chili recipe instead. It was so good, I ate 3 bowls – no shame!! It’s super healthy, delicious, nutritious, amazing, warm, cozy….you’ve got to try it!
