Basically, the #HolidaySweat Challenge, is a fitness/healthy living challenge that runs throughout the entire holiday season. How inconvenient you might say. NO, it’s actually quite AWESOME because that’s the particular time of year where most people completely fall of track and become completely mindless about their fitness and nutrition.
