So, Week 1 of the 30 Days of Yoga Challenge with prAna and Sweat Pink is under the belt – or the mat, if you will. What an awesome experience that couldn’t have come at a better time. From taking time to do yoga at home, on vacation and in the snow (#snowga) it’s been a lot of fun.
If you checked out my kick-off blog posting, you know that I set some goals. Of course, I haven’t reached all of them yet but I am doing quite well on increasing my flexibility and practicing yoga on my own. My favorite part about this, is that I got my boyfriend to join with me – as he wasn’t intimidated by the 5 minutes a day. He hasn’t let me snap a photo of him doing yoga with me yet- but makes a great photographer for my daily postings.
When I first asked him…
Me: “Hey babe do you wanna do a 30 Day Yoga Challenge with me for Sweat Pink?”
Him: “I want to but I can’t…”
Him: “My inner yogi is telling me that I should do bicep curls instead.”
HA– After I told him it’s only 5 minutes per day (minimum) he came on board and despite what his inner yogi is telling him, he is doing it with me anyway.
