Ain’t nobody got time for flab: FAT BURNING HIIT WORKOUT

Honestly, I really like being in the gym. I like the atmosphere and I really like to workout. But, I got a lot of stuff to do (as I am sure you do as well) and sometimes I just need a quick workout fat-burning HIIT workout that is going to jack my heart rate up, get me extra sweaty and get the job done quickly and, most importantly, effectively!

If there is one thing I hate, it’s wasted time. And, as the title states “Ain’t nobody got time for flab!” I wan’t to be lean, toned, tight and feel good in my skinny jeans ALL the time and this workout totally does the trick. This workout will hit all the muscles in your entire body with a slight emphasis on your legs & abs (yayuh!). Ideally you will need 1 dumbbell, a barbell and a bench. If you don’t have a barbell, you will need a set of dumbbells.

Fat Burning HIIT Workout

30 minute fat burning hiit

This HIIT workout is done in a 50/10 interval style. This means 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. You’re going to go through all 7 of the exercises and then rest at the end. You can rest for as long as you need – anywhere between 1-3 minutes usually does the trick. Then repeat the circuit again 3-5x depending on how much time you have. If you do it 3x, you’ll have yourself a great workout in approx. 30 minutes. Wham bam & done!

  • Single arm squat curl-to-press (left)
  • Single arm squat curl-to-press (right)
  • Row-to-dead lift
  • Box jumps
  • Declined knee-to-elbow
  • Jump lunges
  • Ball pikes + push-up
