So right now I am sitting on the train to the airport in Vienna. I am going to visit one of my best friends who now lives in Mallorca, Spain. I haven’t seen her in over 2 years, but thanks to social media I feel like it’s been much less. Like me, she also really likes to work out. We used to work out together all the time when we lived in southern California. Actually, we lived right next door to each other. Time flies and I am really looking forward to seeing her again.
As you know from my posting last week, I was feeling really run down, stressed out and took some time off of training to get my body back on track. But, now I am back ON and I love it. Right now I am writing this blog in a word document because I have no wifi on the train. And, as per usual, it got me thinking about different workouts and what we can do while we are in Mallorca. So, you’re welcome Rochelle, I am putting together a workout together for us beforehand.

Yes that workout was fantastic and perfect to do right near the harbor. It reminded me of how much I love working out outdoors in the sunshine. I am really looking forward to Spring and Summer in Austria. Even though I love it here, it’s been one of the things I miss the most since moving from California 2 years ago.
In addition to this great workout, we also tracked a really long run that almost made me miss my flight back home (not that I would have minded!). We did a mix of running, walking, taking pics, etc.
On Easter Sunday we had an amazing brunch at hotel jamie III and it was one of the best brunches I have ever had. It was super healthy, tons of vegetables, fruit, traditional Spanish cuisine (like Paella with GIANT prawns) and yeah….I would definitely go back. The hotel is equally as beautiful as the brunch and we really wanted to stay there for the night. However, it was booked so we couldn’t. This place will for sure be on the list next time I visit Mallorca.
