Butt Workout & Vegan Brownies feat. Sweet Potato Soul

If you come hang out with me here regularly, you know I was busy doing some YouTube collabs this summer in New York! I really had such an amazing time exploring New York City and making new friends along the way. So, what exactly was I up to?

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jenné of Sweet Potato Soul on an awesome collaboration featuring two of my favorite things: a killer butt workout and vegan treats! In the picture above, you can see some people behind me. From left-to-right: my friend Ines (my assistant for the trip), the cameraman Kevin, Jenné and her boyfriend Max! We had so much fun shooting a video together for her channel and for the Runtastic Fitness Channel.

Vegan Sweet Potato Brownies

Mmmmm, Jenné is an excellent vegan cook and she was nice enough to share her recipe with us! The recipe is super easy, 100% vegan, completely healthy and DE-LI-CIOUS! Check out the full video to see how it’s done.

Ingredients:

1 cup whole-wheat flour
⅓ cup dark cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 flax eggs
½ cup maple syrup/agave
⅔ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mashed sweet potato

Bodyweight Butt Workout (NO Equipment)

And, as I do best, I put together an abs and butt workout for Jenné that we featured on her channel. This workout consists of 10 exercises for the abs and booty using only bodyweight exercises – no gym, no equipment! Yay, right? And, after reading a bunch of the comments on her video, it seems that everyone is loving these moves – even the beginners!
