You don’t need a lot of time to fit in a great workout. I love workouts like these because you can squeeze them in during a free space in your day or you can combine a bunch of the quick workouts you’ll find on the Runtastic Fitness Channel and create your own longer workout.
8-minute arms workout:
45/15 intervals; 2 rounds; 8 minutes
- Pull & row
- Low plank square sways
- Triceps dip
So if you’re not familiar with interval training, you’re going to push yourself as hard as you can for 45 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. You’re going to go through all 4 exercises in this arms workout for 2 rounds.
