What do you need to prepare for this workout?

  • 2 dumbbells (moderate weight)
  • Optional substitutes: canned food, water bottles, water bottles filled with dirt & water…find a way and use whatever you have.

5 exercises; 40/20 intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds pause); 2 rounds

  • Biceps curls*
  • Lateral to front raises*
  • Weighted jab-cross-jab-cross*
  • Bent over row & kickback*
  • Scissor kicks

*Dumbbells or weights needed for this exercise
