Talk about frothy goodness in the morning…or anytime of day to be honest. This protein latte recipe has to be one of my absolute favorites I’ve whipped up in a long time and you’re going to love it. It’s super quick and simple to make, and it’s going down as an absolute Lunden-approved MUST!
It’s jam packed with protein, gut-healthy collagen, anti-inflammatory properties in turmeric, plus sustained fuel with the coconut oil keeping you fuller, wayyyy less hangry feeling focused to rock your day.

Ingredients & Directions
- 1/2 cup almond milk (cold or hot depending on how you want it served…I like both)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Chocolate or Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder or 1/2 inch chunk of turmeric
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp honey
- Dash of cinnamon
- Ice only if you want to have it cold…then it makes it frappucinno-ish 🙂
Blend all the ingredients until it becomes frothy. Pour in your favorite mug or mason jar and enjoy!
