I really, really love to read books of all kinds. But I especially love to read books on self love and personal development. It’s my goal the first 3 months of 2022 (Q1) to read 2 books per month and I am excited about all I will uncover and learn! The first 2 I am working on now are The Laws of Human Nature By Robert Greene and Lifespan By David A. Sinclair PhD.

Here are some of my favorite books for a positive life I have read already that I highly recommend for pretty much anyone, no matter where you are in your life. These books are ones I constantly go back to and I think you would love them, too.

1. High Performance Habits By Brendon Burchard
This book literally changed my entire life. I read it in about 6 days and after that nothing in my life was ever the same.
2. Becoming Supernatural By Dr. Joe Dispenza
I have been following the practicing the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza for a few years now and I really believe in his movement and the direction he is going. This is deep stuff, but his meditations have really helped me cope with many hard times in my life.
3. You Can Heal Your Life By Louise Hay
I have given this book as a gift more times than I can remember. I think it’s a very empowering book backed with ownership, a mirror and a hug 🙂
4. Rising Strong By Brené Brown
This lady’s books are like butter on bread for me — keep ’em coming! I love how she writes, I love how she expresses herself and I will probably continue to consume every single piece of content she puts out.
5. The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari By Robin Sharma
This book (see in the image above) was a gift from a woman I met when I lived in Austria. I didn’t know her that well, BUT when she gave me this book I felt like I got to know her even more. From then on I would ask people I wanted to get to know better for book recommendations and it has been an AMAZING way to connect.
6. The Slight Edge By Jeff Olson
The power of the 20 second rule outlined in this book changed my life. I love how simple, yet life changing this book’s principles are.
