Burpee Brunch



Let’s all sweat, work on fascia recovery & injury prevention and eat an amazing meal to fuel our bodies together! If you have NEVER been to a Burpee Party before – no, we don’t JUST do Burpees, but we have an amazing time working out together, pushing our limits and inspiring and motivating each other.! Plus, we have some INCREDIBLE special guests this time!

10:15 – 11:00 Fascia Training, Recovery & Injury Prevention with Maurice Calmano from Munich (creator of this amazing fascia training tool we’re going to use called the Triggerdinger)

11:00….Brunch prepared by the amazing Patricia Schumacher of Trisha’s Eatery
