Customized one-on-one breath work session with Lunden (certified breath work facilitator). What is breath work and why should you be thinking about it? The Breath Is cool because It’s both voluntary and involuntary. When we become aware of and control our breath, as we do in breath work, we can use it to help regulate our nervous system, release trauma and repressed emotions…it’s like sweeping the dirt out from under the rug. This breath work, or pranayama as it’s called In Sanscrit, is a powerful daily practice that can change your emotional wellbeing in a matter of minutes.
