15-Minute Butt & Thigh Workout
I don’t know about you – but I love a great butt and thigh workout. Mixing HIIT with lower body toning is super effective and will really get your heart rate up. Strong glutes not only look good, but they are super important for preventing injury and improving overall performance.
15-Minute Abs on Fire
Ugh, to be honest – abs are my least favorite muscle group to train. So when I do train them, I like quick HIIT workouts, an awesome playlist and usually a friend to do the workout with me if possible. I need some moral support – okay? HAHA! I hope you like these moves and really feel the burn.
15-Minute Cardio Kickboxing
Knock out some steam and get in a great workout at the same time. Kickboxing (cardio or contact) is one of my favorite ways to get in a workout. It doesn’t really matter how I am feeling before a workout – I always feel like Rocky after kickboxing :p
15-Minute Total Body Blaster
Let’s hit all the muscles, shall we? This is a great workout to do a couple times per week after a run, hike, bike ride or walk. Traveling for business or need something quick to fit in during your lunch break? Here you go…
