4th Of July Workout: 32-Min Full Body No Equipment

Happy 4th of July! It’s been a little over a year since I came back to America from Austria and the 2nd year in a row I have been in America for the 4th of July. I remember when I lived in Austria, some fellow American colleagues and I would wear red, white & blue and BBQ to celebrate…but it’s just different when you’re actually here in your home country on this particular day.

This year I am just going to hang out with a couple of my close friends at the beach (@alliemarque and @giasinatra) after I do this AMERICA workout I made for us in honor of the holiday. I know that a lot of you reading this are not from America, but I know you like to work out 🙂 So this workout knows NO country or boarder.

One of the reasons I am super consistent with my workouts is because I make them fun and meaningful for me. I could do really any workout I want today, but doing one that spells out A.M.E.R.I.C.A. just sounds so much more interesting.

Be sure that you do a quick warm up before you start this workout. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds workout, 20 seconds pause. Rest at the end for 1 minute, repeat 4 rounds!

A – air jump rope

M – mountain climbers

E – elevated push-ups

R – reverse lunge & kick

I – inchworms

C- crab Bridge

A- air Squat

Hope you have a fantastic 4th of July, or weekend if you’re not in America. OF COURSE, anyone can do this workout, even if you don’t live in the USA. This type of workout is great for anytime, anywhere when you want a nice sweaty workout.
