Here are my top fav 8 essential oils to boost your metabolism
1. Lemon
Lemon is incredibly detoxifying the body and aids in digestion. Start your morning off with a giant glass of water with a drop of lemon! Not only is lemon detoxifying and purifying for our bodies, it does the same for keeping surfaces clean and fresh. PLUS, the scent of citrus oils are SO uplifting and can help put a smile on your day – GREAT for the metabolism.
2. Cassia
Cassia is a thermogenic which means it heats up your body! I prefer this variation to cinnamon because it’s not AS intense and it has a bit of a sweeter flavor. Love drops of Cassia in my chocolate smoothies, warm tea and even oatmeal. You can even mix drops of Lemon and Cassia together in a glass of water and drink it to further aid in digestion and help get rid of cravings a bit.

This supplement is taken before or during meals to help your body break down the food to be digested fully and properly.
